On Saturday, November 17th 2018, the YS 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" alongside with the YS Special Armed Response Force ( SARF ) commenced Operation Moby Dick. The operation was aimed to send the GRS ( Ghettonian Republic Ship ) Osama bin Lada Carrier Strike Group to the bottom of the Indian Ocean. The carrier strike group itself was the last major military unit of the Ghettonian Republic, it was composed of an Ulyanovsk-class Supercarrier named GRS Osama bin Lada that was secretly purchased from a Russian scrapyard by a "dummy" company that actually belonged to the Ghettonian Republic. Other than the Ulyanovsk-class Supercarrier, the strike group also consisted of an Ivan Rogov-class Landing Ship, and several Udaloy-class Destroyers that served as the escorts of the strike group. Since the tide turned to the favor of the Allied Forces, the Ghettonian Republic has suffered major losses to their military units. One of the biggest losses came when the YS 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" liberated the city of Jakarta several weeks prior to Operation Moby Dick.

 Wait, that can't be YSFlight /s, that must be another sim. Well you guys are right. The 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" is planning to expand its area of operations further to another sim. We decided to take a huge leap from YSFlight Simulator to the one and only, Digital Combat Simulator World, or more popularly known as DCS World. DCS World is known as one of the best combat flight simulators money can buy. It is known with its very high levels of realism, starting from its aircrafts, terrains, weapon systems, and many more.
On, Saturday, November 10th 2018, the 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" commenced Operation Heart Attack. The operation was commenced to destroy an armored vehicle convoy that were located near the city of Aceh. There were reports that a Ghettonian Republic military general was in the convoy, which made a window of opportunity for the Neo-United Nations - Independent Military Forces ( NUN-IMF ) to destroy the convoy and kill the general to make a severe blow to the Ghettonian Republic. The 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" sent Black Scorpions One Flight on the date to destroy the convoy. The flight took off from Kualanamu International Airport in the city of Medan which had been previously retaken from the hands of the Ghettonian Republic last week.
On Saturday, October 27th 2018, the 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" commenced Operation Earthpuncher, aimed to disarm a stolen weapon of mass destruction and destroy the remnants of the Ghettonian Republic military. A month previously, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization ( NATO ) contacted the Neo-United Nations-Independent Military Forces ( NUN-IMF ) that they have lost an experimental weapon of mass destruction. Dubbed the "Westwind Device", its specifications and method of delivering destruction is still classified to the public. A few days prior to the operation, special operators from the United States managed to locate the device in the city of Medan, Northern Sumatra. The device was located inside a storage on Belawan Port. But unfortunately, the city is still under control by the remnants of the Ghettonian Republic military that almost got totally wiped-out during Operation Free Jakarta on the previous week.
The waited day has arrived, finally after months of fighting, the 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" alongside other Neo-United Nations-Independent Military Forces ( NUN-IMF ) units and the allied forces ( the United States military, NATO, and the Russian Federation armed forces ) have been able to retake Jakarta, the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia, from the hands of the Ghettonian Republic. The Ghettonian Republic was originally a seperatist group operating in the island of Celebes, in the Indonesian Archipelago, aiming to overtake the whole Indonesian Archipelago from the Republic of Indonesia. Soon, the group was backed-up by several terrorist organizations, such as ISIS, by undisclosed mercenaries, and by some defecting top-notch military officers from some countries. Afterwards, the aim of the group changed from overthrowing the Republic of Indonesia to take control of the whole South-East Asia region. Somewhere in mid-2018, the group invaded the island of Java and overtook the capital city of Indonesia, which is Jakarta. Equipped with high-tech military equipments and highly-trained mercenary forces, the group overtook almost half of the island of Java in only a week and overtook the whole island of Sumatera in 3 weeks. After successfully invaded Jakarta, the group declared its independence and became the Ghettonian Republic.
 Pre-flight group photograph On Saturday, October 13th, 2018, the 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" alongside with the North East Air Force and the Indonesian Air Force did another sortie to send aids to the victims of the Palu earthquake and tsunami. The 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" sent two C-17A Globemaster III strategic airlift aircrafts while the North East Air Force sent one IL-76MD "Candid" strategic airlift aircraft and the Indonesian Air Force with three Boeing 737s.
 Lieutenant Aryo "Knight" Putra taking-off in his Su-35S Flanker-E On Saturday, October 13th, 2018, the 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" did a Dissimilar Air Combat Training ( DACT ) session on Iswahjudi Air Force Base. The training session was commenced to polish 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions"' pilots' air-to-air combat skills, especially in terms of dogfighting. It was also commenced to increase combat-readiness & capabilities of the 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions", which in a few days time, will commence a huge assault to Jakarta, which had been previously overtaken by the Ghettonian Republic.
 Post-operation group photograph On Friday and Saturday, October 5th and 6th, 2018, the YS 4th Aerial Wing "Scorpions" alongside with the YS Special Armed Response Force ( YS SARF ), Neo-United Nations-Independent Military Forces ( NUN-IMF ) Land Armored Forces, and the Indonesian Armed Forces commenced Operation Phantom Assault, which was commenced to help the Indonesian Army to retake Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which is the main international airport of the Republic of Indonesia's capital city, Jakarta, which had been previously overtaken by the Ghettonian Republic a few months ago. It's been months since the Ghettonian Republic overtook Jakarta, and I feel so itchy to retake it to the correct hands.  Aircrafts queueing for take-off before flying to the city of Palu to send aids On 28 September 2018, a shallow earthquake struck in the neck of the Minahasa Peninsula, Indonesia, with its epicentre located in the mountainous Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi. The quake was located 77 km (48 mi) away from the provincial capital Palu and was felt as far away as Samarinda on East Borneo and also in Tawau, Malaysia. This event was preceded by a sequence of foreshocks, the largest of which was a magnitude 6.1 tremor that occurred earlier that day. Following the mainshock, a tsunami alert was issued for the nearby Makassar Strait, but was called off half an hour later. A localised tsunami struck Palu, sweeping shore-lying houses and buildings on its way. The combined effects of the earthquake and tsunami led to the deaths of at least 1,558 people.
